Details

The development formed part of Europe’s largest regeneration zone and London’s fastest growing residential and business districts, presenting apartments across 2 concrete frame building with 4 cores per block and complete with communal roof top bars, gardens, and swimming pools in each block on the 10th floor. External water supplies were supplied to 2 cores on each block consisting of twin-boosted pump sets, drinking fountains, and rising foul pipework for connections on the on-site sanitary areas.

Large generator connections were installed for the mains and sub-mains together with connections to 5 tower cranes and 6 hoists. In addition, our team installed transformers, power drops, lighting, and a wireless evacuation system. We carried out the internal electrical and plumbing fit-out of the ground floor for use as office and welfare areas during construction, reconfiguring the existing substation mains supply from the old Royal Mail to enable a mains connection. Due to delays in the permanent water supply, we carried out the installation of a water supply to the permanent rising water mains to enable the completion of initial testing within each block.
